It may seem like I've disappeared...however it has only been a temporary thing. I've decided to crawl back out into the blog world. I've been working endlessly on a handful of designs for Helms Alee. More later on my happenings of late though...

I'm really stoked to print these. They will tentatively be an edition of 75 @ 26"X16" on 100lb. French paper. I will also be unleashing a series of prints soon based on the concept of this poster, more on that later. Also, I have copies left of the Unsane poster. They're $20 w/ s&h.

Who needs time off...

So Broken Press is evolving slightly and I will be using my resources to start releasing small run releases. In the coming months I will be putting out multiple releases for Hemingway including a split cd with local noise duo Sparkle Girl. I'm also excited to announce a 500 copy release of the first recordings from Helms Alee.

Easy Street Records in West Seattle has started doing after hours shows on the weekends and they have hired me to design all the posters for those shows.

Small run tape I'm releasing for Hemingway. Illustrations by D. Johnston. These will be available in 2 weeks for their show on May 11th. I will have a handful available for mailorder. I also have a couple Earth posters left for $20 w/ s&h.

Lots of new stuff coming up. I have copies of the Red Sparowes (19"x 25" $20 w/ s&h) and Isis ( 21" x 32" $25 w/s&h) posters available for sale now.

For those interested, some recent (and some older) work of mine will be showing @ Annie's Art & Frame in Ballard (on Market St. across from Sonic Boom) starting next Saturday February 10th for a month. There's a opening of sorts from 6-9pm that day.

I've working diligently on a couple prints for the past week. Both will be available the day after the shows. Prices are still being determined. Pearls and Brass is an edition of 52. Neurosis is an edition of 200. Anyone interested can email me for more info/ordering.

The opening reception for my work showing @ 20/Twenty this month was last Saturday. Music, beer and art is never a bad time. My work will be up all month. So, if you couldn't make it to the opening you can still see it.

I almost forgot to mention that the kind folks over at the Stranger made my Bonnie 'Prince' Billy print poster of the week. If anyone is interested in one I have a handful left, they're $15 (w/ s+h).
Lots of good things are happening. My poster/art show opening is Sat. @ 20/Twenty in Ballard, finishing up and printing the Neurosis posters and I just got approval to do a poster for Pearls & Brass. If you aren't familiar with them come check them out at the Sunset on Nov. 28th.
